Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can submit a return request 14 days after receiving the item.
Conditions for Returns
To return a shipment, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it-unworn, unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sneakerspoon.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unsolicited Returns.
Items returned to Sneakerspoon® without request will not be accepted. After the package is handed over to the shipping company, we recommend that you keep the delivery receipt in case the package is lost. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damage and Problems
Please check your shipment upon arrival for any defects, damage or incorrect items so we can quickly figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on damaged and discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges and returns
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the new item. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sneakerspoon.com if your ordered product(s) have a defect. You can also send us pictures of the defect directly so we can find a solution as soon as possible!
Refunds
We will let you know as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at support@sneakerspoon.com.
