Push the Sneakerspoon nose first into the sneaker while gently squeezing the center section until it reaches the front of the sneaker.
Use the tail of the Sneakerspoon (the shoe horn) to adjust it left or right so that it completely fills the toe box.
Leave the Sneakerspoon in your sneaker until you want to wear them again. This keeps the sneaker in its original shape and minimizes creases in the toe box.
Use the handy shoe horn to support the heel so you don't damage the back.
