Sizes can be mixed

• Push the Sneakerspoon nose first into the sneaker while gently squeezing the center section until it reaches the front of the sneaker.
• Use the tail of the Sneakerspoon (the shoe horn) to adjust it left or right so that it completely fills the toe box.
• Leave the Sneakerspoon in your sneaker until you want to wear them again. This keeps the sneaker in its original shape and minimizes creases in the toe box.
• Use the handy shoe horn to support the heel so you don't damage the back.
